Although Joe passed away many years ago, folks all over the world can now flip his burgers on their grills, thanks to his generosity to allow me to pass his once-secret recipe on.
Give this a try some Saturday or Sunday when you're looking for something new to try on the grill or broiler. I can pretty much guarantee that if you try these, you will never-ever want to buy or eat another hamburger that has not been prepared with Joe's recipe.
2 pounds ground sirloin
2 tablespoons MSG (Accent Meat Flavorizer)
1 ½ tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons minced onions, optional
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
½ cup of water
Mix up with fork, touch very little. Broil or Grill until done.
