Servings: 8 burgers

2 pounds ground chuck — fresh ground is best
¼ cup sweet onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon fine minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoons A-1 Steak Sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon American Whiskey (Tennessee)
1 slice each cheddar and jack cheese
grilled onions, well caramelized
Mix liquids together then combine each item one at a time with liquid being last. Let sit at least 2 hours then hit the grill.
