1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
Mix together the beef, garlic and ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles.
Divide mixture into 4 equal patties. Grill patties, uncovered, over medium heat, turning occasionally, to medium doneness (160°F internal temperature). Check for doneness with an instant read thermometer or cook until juices run clear and there is no pink left in the center of the patties.
Melt remaining ¼ cup blue cheese over tops of burgers just before finished grilling. Serve on hamburger buns.
