¼ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoon ground roasted peanuts
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Water
dash cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 to 2 fresh red chiles, sliced
2 to 3 tablespoon chopped white onion
In a small sauce pan, cook sugar in water over medium heat until it turns into a light syrup. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Let cool. Serve over salad.
