½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 clove garlic diced
1 teaspoon ginger powder
¼ cup whiskey
Mix all ingredients together and pour over ribs. Marinate overnight in fridge, flipping occasionally. This is enough for 4 servings or 10 short ribs
