Chicken Venetian

Servings: 3

3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large clove garlic
¼ teaspoon oregano

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mixture over chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover. Bake for 375°F for 45 minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
