Authentic Honk Kong Chicken

I have been making this chicken for 15 years already, a friend who lives in hong kong gave it to me when i was a newly wed then. it smells sooooo good but taste even better! promise!!

1 Cornish hen
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon five-spice powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
½ tablespoon soy sauce

Mix salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Rub onto the skin of the chicken. Mix salt, five spice powder and pepper. Apply evenly into the stomach cavity of the chicken. Marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F or till juices runs clear. Serve with piping hot rice and stir fried vegetables. Dig in!
