Recipe from: Honolulu Honpa Hongwanji cookbook
Servings: 4
2 pounds chicken thighs
½ cup soy sauce
4½ tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 tablespoons sherry
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 thumb ginger, crushed
Boil all except chicken. Add chicken. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes, if chicken is on bone, less if boneless. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
