Recipe from: Laniakea
3 frying chickens, split in half
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth
⅓ cu white wine
¼ cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 pinch ginger
1 drop Worcestershire sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl, brush over washed chicken splits. Grill over barbecue, turning and basting with sauce until done, about 40 minutes.
