1 large can chopped green chilies
2 ½ pounds boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 medium coarsely chopped onions
6 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons Mexican oregano
40 ounces beef broth
1 can diced canned tomatoes
jalapeño, optional
Place ingredients into a large crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours or 8 to 10 hours on low.
