White Chili

Servings: 4

¾ cup chicken stock
1 medium onion, minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
¼ cup canned green chiles, chopped and drained
¾ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 16 ounce can cannellini beans, undrained
reduced fat sour cream
Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Bring chicken stock to boil in a saucepan. Add next 9 ingredients; cover and simmer to blend flavors, about 10 minutes. Add cannellini beans; simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and top with a spoonful of sour cream and grated cheese.
