Touchdown Chili

Recipe from: McCormick
Servings: Makes 5 (1-cup) servings

1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
½ cup chopped onion
1 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained
1 14 ½ ounce can diced tomatoes
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning
shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Sour cream, optional
Chopped green onion, optional

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until done. Drain if needed.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped green onion, if desired.
