Best Ever White Chili

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups chopped onion
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 to 1 ½ pounds cut-up chicken
2 14 ounce cans chicken broth
48 ounce jar of precooked white beans
4 ounce can green chilis, chopped, with liquid
2 heaping teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, heaped
dash to ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add and simmer for an hour or so cut-up chicken, chicken broth, white beans, green chilis, chopped, with liquid, cumin, oregano cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce.
