Thick and Rich Chili

Recipe from: McCormick
Servings: Makes 8 (1-cup) servings

2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
2 15 ounce can tomato sauce
2 15 ounces can red kidney beans, undrained
2 packages McCormick® Chili Seasoning
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped onion, optional

Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring often; drain. Place in 4 to 6-quart slow cooker.

Stir in tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.

Stir chili before serving. Top with shredded cheese and onion, if desired.

Test Kitchen Tip:
Serve with cornbread or Red Hot Biscuits.
