3 teaspoon Wesson oil
4 ½ tablespoon Californa chile powder
4 tablespoon Gebhardt's chili powder
½ tablespoon New Mexico hot chile powder
½ tablespoon chimayo chile
½ tablespoon pasilla chile
3 ½ tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
4 teaspoon onion Powder
½ tablespoon brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3 pounds chuck, cut in chunks
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 8 ounce can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 can green chiles, chopped
Brown meat and add to chili pot along with chicken and beef broth, tomato sauce and green chiles. Add ⅔ of the spices. Cook for 2 hours. Add remaining spices. Cook additional hour or until meat is tender. Add salt to taste. Serve with Nabisco original Premium Saltine crackers.
