Avocado and Crab Salad with Ponzu Dressing

Recipe from: Bon Appétit, July 2008

2 5 ounce packages daikon sprouts — Japanese white radish sprouts
½ pound cooked Dungeness crabmeat, coarsely torn
1 cup matchstick-size strips Japanese or English hothouse cucumber
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into ½ inch cubes
4 teaspoons smelt row — masago
6 tablespoons ponzu

Toss firt 5 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle ponzu over and toss to coat. Divide amoung bowls and serve.
