1 quart water
¾ cup diced onion
3 chicken necks or wings
¾ Tbls seafood seasoning
3 pounds canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup corn kernels
1 pound Maryland crab meat with cartilage removed
1 cup peas
1 cup diced potato
¾ cup chopped celery
Place the water and the chicken parts in a 6 quart soup pot. Cover. Simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour.
Add the vegetables and seasonings. Cover. Simmer over medium low heat until the vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes. Add the crabmeat. Cover. Simmer until heated through, about 15 minutes.
