Crab Dip That Rules!

12 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 packages)
1 cup (½ pint) sour cream
1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder, to taste
2 to 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 pound crab meat, rinsed and cleaned well

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except crab meat and ¼ cup cheddar cheese. Fold in the crab meat. Put the mixture in a 1 ½ quart casserole dish that has been coated with non-stick spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir it up. Sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ cup cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

Serve with crackers or on bread.

You can also mix all the ingredients and freeze until you want to serve. Defrost first before cooking.
