1 pound crab meat
¼ to ½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon-type brown mustard
Combine all ingredients, shape into cakes. Sauté in oil until brown.
