Recipe from: Pepper Fool
Servings: 1 ½ cups
1 cup finely chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped peeled mango or papaya
¼ cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon minced seeded jalapeño pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and toss well.
