German Ham and Potato Soup

1 pound cooked diced ham
1 chopped onion
1 diced leek
2 diced carrots
1 cup chopped cabbage
¼ cup parsley
4 cups beef broth
1 pound diced potatoes
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup sour cream

Combine onion, leek, carrots, cabbage, parsley, broth, and potatoes to Crockpot. Add seasonings. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours, or High 4 to 5 hrs. Remove bay leaf. Remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon and mash. Combine the taters with sour cream. Return to pot and stir. Stir in ham. Serve.
