To use in recipes calling for cooked chicken.
2 to 3 pounds chicken breasts or parts
4 cups water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 fresh bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
Everything in the pot. Low on 6 to 8 or High for 3 to 4 hours. When chicken is cooked, chop and/or freeze for use in casseroles and other dishes.
