1 ½ ounce Level Vodka
1 ounce Shochu
7 pieces of watermelon
6 mint leaves
1 ounce lime juice
2 flat barspoon sugar
Muddle watermelon, mint and sugar in a mixing glass. Add vodka, shochu and lime juice and shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a wine glass.
