2 English muffins, split, toasted and buttered
4 thick slices ham or Canadian bacon, warmed
4 eggs+recipe50>poached eggs
½ cup eggs+recipe51>Hollandaise Sauce
Place a slice of ham on the English muffin, top with a poached egg, and drizzle with Hollandaise Sauce.
