Servings: 4
6 ounces high quality bonito or albacore tuna
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tomato, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped capers
2 tablespoon finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
Blend together all ingredients and serve atop salad greens or a crusty bagette.
