Servings: 2 to 4
1 6 ounce can tuna in olive oil
4 anchovy fillets
2 tablespoons drained capers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, chopped
10 pitted black olives
¼ cup olive oil
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except olive oil until combined, but still chunky. Add oil and pulse until blended.
