2 fresh Tuna steaks (approximately 400 grams — Almost 1 pound)
3 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Crushed black pepper
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tbsps Honey
1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro for garnish
1 tablespoon Oil
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except Tuna steaks. Marinate tuna steaks in the marinade for 1 hour.
Heat the grill on medium high and brush it with some oil. Cook the steak pieces for 2 minutes on each side. Baste with the remaining marinade.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
