This recipe moves really quick so its better to have as much prepped and sitting out at your disposal.
3 cloves garlic
1 cup chopped clams, drained
1 pinch hot chili flakes
2 to 3 tablespoon. capers
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup red sauce
1 bunch Italian parsley, finely chopped to yield ¼ cup
In a sauté pan, on a medium high heat, sauté the garlic, chili flakes, capers, and anchovies for 2 minutes. Add in the clams and the wine and reduce the liquid by ¾th. Add in the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes then remove from the heat and add in the parsley, check the seasoning for salt.
