Recipe from: Il Trullo Restaurant In Overland Park KS, USA Today 07 May 1996
Servings: 4
1 bunch broccoli rabe
1 pound orecchiette pasta
2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
3 anchovies
4 tablespoon Bread crumbs
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Cook broccoli rabe in two quarts of water. Bring to a boil. Pour in pasta and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, pour into serving bowl and set aside.
In frying pan, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add anchovies and bread crumbs. Cook for two to three minutes. Pour mixture over pasta and serve.
