The simplest pasta sauce, if you are really in a hurry.
Extra virgin olive oil
peperoncini (Italian or any kind hot peppers)
This sauce takes about 2-3 minutes. Put extra virgin olive oil in pan, then add slices garlic and peppers (also sliced, if you want to avoid the hot, discard seeds), and let cook for 2-3 minutes, or until garlic is cooked. Don't burn the garlic or it will taste very bitter.
