Recipe from: Pietro Rizzo
This recipe is from Veneto (the region where Venice and Verona are). Verde in Veneto dialect is gorgonzola (the colour resembles green).
Also very easy:
Put gorgonzola in a pan, and cook until melted, then add chopped walnuts and
pepper. Add to pasta. VERY TASTY!!!!!
