600 grams green strip-beans
200 grams mozzarella of bufala "Delle Rose"
¾ tablespoon of pasta of anchovies
6 teaspoons of extra virgin oil
a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
You climb on the strip-beans and cut off the end, and if necessary the wash then and cooked to vapor or in few salty water, therefore you drip them and cool off under the cold water. Apart, you cut the mozzarella to filets rather long and thin. Temperate-off the pasta of anchovies in the oil, joined the vinegar and make marinate the mozzarella in this sauce and keep for an hour. Reunited the strip-beans and the mozzarella with his sauce, adding, if necessary, some oil and vinegar. Mixing, lets rest a half hour before serve.
