Recipe from: VercingetorixSanPatricio@aol.com
Beef cutlets
Grated Cheese (Parmesan, Romano, Locatelli, your choice)
Pignoli (pine nuts)
garlic, sliced very thin
Fresh Parsley, chopped
Dry Basil and Oregano
1 Slice Proscuitto
What I usually do is go to the supermarket or butcher and buy something called "beef cutlets." Then, I pound them thin and add the following (as much as each cutlet will hold)...
Tie (in butcher's twine), sauté, and cook the rest of the way in the gravy [spaghetti sauce]. (Takes about 1 hour with the other meats...meatballs, sausage, etc.) Enjoy!!
