8 to 9 ounces mozuku
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
pinch salt
1 tablespoon sweet sake
1 tablespoon broth
cucumber, shredded
thin slices of lemon
Cut mozuku in 2 inch pieces. Combine vinegar, sweet sake, soy sauce, salt, sauce and broth to make a sauce. Add mozuku and garnish with cucumber and lemon.
