18 ounces boiled octpus
14 ounces cucumber
3 ounces raw wakame (marine plants)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinger
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
Slice cucumber and marinte 10 minutes with salt.
Slice boiled octopus and marine plants and mix with the cucumbers. Add soy sauce, vingar and sugar and mix.
