1 small clove garlic
1 spring onion
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
14 teaspoons chilli powder
Peel the garlic and crush it to a pulp. Cut the spring onion crosswise into very thin rounds — you only need 1 tablespoon of this. Combine the garlic, 1 tablespoon spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and chilli powder in a small serving bowl and mix well.
