Servings: 2 cups
2 cloves garlic
6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
6 green chiles, roast, peel, chop
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon oil
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Mash garlic in a wooden salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients, including cilantro, if desired, and toss. Chill before serving.
