¾ cup chili sauce
1 medium. jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoon. freshly minced parsley or cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon. Mescal or Tequila (optional)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
