2 large avocados
1 cup tuna fish in water or oil
¾ cup cooked cubed potatoes
½ cup cooked cubed carrot
½ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
lettuce leaves
Peel the avocados and carefully cut in two pieces, try to separate it and then remove the seed. Prepare the salad by mixing the drained tunafish with potatoes, carrot and mayonnaise. Season to taste and fill each half piece with the salad, adorn a dish with lettuce leaves and serve.
Variations:
Shrimp with the dressing and salad you prefer. Any kind of vegetables or kind of salads.
