Chermoula (Marinade)

Servings: 6

Chermoula is a Moroccan marinade for fish dishes but it goes very well with vegetable dishes. It is also mixed with pureed tomatoes to create a delicious sauce for green beans, fava beans, or carrots.

½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon dried marjoram
12 fresh cilantro sprigs, minced

Combine all the ingredients together and mix until well blended.
