Recipe from; Sue Woodward
Servings: 4 cups
1 ¼ cup ripe banana, peeled, sliced — about 2 medium bananas
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup crushed ice
½ cup unsweetened orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
Combine bananas, pineapple, ice, orange juice, and sugar in container of an electric blender. Top with cover; process until smooth. Add yogurt, process until blended. Serve immediately.
