Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Servings: 1

¾ cup frozen fruit
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
sugar substitute, to taste

Blend fruit, yogurt and vanilla. Sweeten to taste and serve immediately.
