Chicken Liver Pâté

1 pound chicken livers
1 large onion, chopped
½ pound butter
1 tablespoon chopped parley
salt and pepper, to taste
½ pound cream cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool; process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add cream cheese, process until creamy. Serve with crackers, or crusty French bread.
