1 large loaf of old white bread
1 small onion
2 eggs
1 cup warm milk
½ teaspoon salt, pepper, parsley
2 cups white flour
Cut bread into small cubes, add warm milk and mix well. Then add salt, pepper,
parsley. Mix again. Add onion and eggs. Mix and add flour. Mix until firm. Let
stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Make small round dumpligs and drop into
boiling water for 5 minutes. Simmer for 10 minutes more. Cut in half to see if
done in the middle. Serve with roast or Gulash.
