¾ pound Haricots Verts (French green beans)
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper
Microwave beans in covered dish for 6 minutes, drain if necessary. Mix sour cream and lemon juice and toss with beans. Top with parmesan cheese and pepper and serve.
