YUM!!!!! This is a very good Italian recipe.
14 to 15 large red potatoes
½ cup finely chopped parsley
3 ½ cups chopped green onions
3 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 8 ounce bottle pure olive oil
4 ounces tarragon vinegar
Boil potatoes. When done, peel and cut in 1 inch chunks. Sprinkle parsley and green onions over potatoes. Make sauce from remaining ingredients; strain so that there will be no garlic pieces in sauce. Pour over potatoes and stir well. Let stand all day — at least 4 hours or longer. Stir every hour. Do not refrigerate.
