1 cup dairy sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
6 medium cooked sliced potatoes
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
Combine first 3 ingredients. Place half the potatoes in a greased 10 by 6 by 1 ½ inch baking dish. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Add half the sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. Melt butter, add crumbs and toss to mix. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
