4 potatoes
½ cucumber
½ onion
½ carrot
2 slices ham
2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 boiled egg
Boil potatoes until soft. Peel, skin, and mash them. Add vinegar, olive oil and salt while hot. Thinly slice onion and soak in cold water. Slice cucumber into thin rounds. Slice carrot thinly into rounds then quarters. Slice ham into thin strips. Mix everything with mayonnaise, and add chopped eggs.
