2 pounds small new potatoes
1 packet French onion soup
⅓ cup oil
fresh chives
Quarter the potatoes, toss in combined soup and oil. Place in a single layer in large baking dish. Cook uncovered in moderate oven 375°F. about 40 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. Sprinkle with chives.
