Belgian Baked Potatoes

potatoes, peeled and julienned like for French fries
1 teaspoon Worcestershire powder, or sauce if not available
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup chopped onions
½ cup half and half, or light whipping cream

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lay potatoes in shallow baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle tops of potatoes with everything else. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake for 60 minutes.
